Why won’t the headphones you receive charge?

1.If the charger is over 5V, our earphones will automatically enter protection mode and will not charge.2.Do not use the 3.5mm audio cable to charge. Use the included USB charging cable to charge.

How to reset the Y7?

Please press and hold both volume “+” and ”-“ at the same time for about 7 seconds until the LED flashes purple three times, then the LED flashes red and blue alternately to enter the pairing mode.

Does the Airplane Adapter Accessory have Bluetooth?

The attached Airplane adapter does not have Bluetooth function. If you want to use Bluetooth on the aircraft, you need to purchase an additional Bluetooth transmitter.

Why do your headphones turn off after five minutes?

The device is designed to automatically shut down if the phone is not connected for 5 minutes.

In which modes does ANC support turning on?

The new 2024 model supports turning on ANC in both wired and wireless modes. You can turn on ANC on the plane for noise reduction only.
