1. How to set the sensing mode?

You need to light up both the following two buttons ‘Night Mode’ & ‘Motion Detection’ ,

at the same time, click ‘Night Mode’ , choose ‘Auto’.

2. The sensor is not sensitive and only detects people when standing below the cam. How can I adjust it?

The proper installation height to optimize the motion sensor performance is around 2.5m (8.2ft)

3. When you had some false alarms from bigger insects or swaying leaves, please lower the sensitivity of the detection

Setting steps: Click the “setting” button, select “Alarm Sensitivity Level”, and choose ‘Low’ sensitivity. On the contrary, adjust the sensitivity to ‘High’.

4. Will the lights turn on when sensing people during the day?

When in sensing mode, the light will not turn on even if a person is detected during the day. If you need to turn on the light at daytime, please manually turn it on. Click “Light” on the app, and the light will turn on.
