Why can’ t it turn on and work?

When using the mask, the controller can only connect tothe mask but not to the charging cable, if you connect toboth the mask and the charging cable at the same time the mask can’t be turned on.

Why does M3 only light up three lights?

M3 is 850nm near infrared light, which is a kind of invisible light, although you can’t see the lamp beads light up, but it is actually normal light.

How to charge?

To resume use, recharge the mask by disconnecting the controller and connecting the charging cable directly to it. Charging takes approximately two hours.
