APP Operation Steps & Install instructions

Mobile APP offline?

1.Check whether the network is normal and whether the network signal strength is optimal.

2.Whether the WIFI name(password) has been changed.

3.Exit the APP and refresh to see if the device is normal.

4.Remove the device and reconnect the phone.

Mobile APP cannot be operated?

1.After the alarm is completed,the device immediately enters the sleep state and cannot be operated.

2.Device sleep wake-up:trigger infrared induction wake-up.

3.Time for the device to enter sleep.

Frequent false positives?

1.If the alarm shakes,please check whether the bracket is loose.

2.Please operate the sensitivity according to the following,wave the switch downward to adjust the detection distance to prevent false alarm.

Can’t the remote control be controlled?

1.The remote control has no power and the LED does not flash.Please replace the battery.

2.Go beyond control range.Effective control range≤10m.

3.The remote control is not paired.Please refer to the operation steps of pairing the remote control.

Does the solar alarm sense no response?

1.The solar alarm has no power,please charge it.

2.The solar alarm is disarmed.Please press(day&night mode-siren and flashing lights).

3.The mode is night mode in the daytime.The mode is incorrect.Please set it in the order of mode.
