Electric Sunshade Roller Blind Control: Electric roller blinds offer two types of motors for customers to choose from independently. Motor A is an RF battery motor that can be connected to all Alexa and Google speakers through HUB. Please note that HUB needs to be ordered independently. Motor B is a Zibbe motor that can be directly connected to 5 versions of Alexa (Echo 4th Gen, Echo Plus 2nd Gen, Echo Studio, EchoShow 10, and EchoShow 2nd Gen). If you only need remote control without intelligent linkage, you don’t need to purchase a hub.
High Quality Motor: Excellent motor performance, with motor sound controlled within 35 decibels. The motor is powered by high-quality lithium batteries and can be used for 4-6 months on a single charge without the need for frequent charging. The motor also supports solar panel power supply. If the installation position is relatively high, solar panel power supply can be used. There are four types of remote controls to choose from, and you can choose the appropriate remote control based on the number of curtains in the room. Louver width is 1/4″” less than the order size for top header fit. Internal window installation depth exceeds 2.56 inches. Outside Mount: Blind Width = Outside Window Width + 4″. Measure the width of the outer edge of the window frame. (Measured outer window frame: 34W×72H inches, order size: 38W×72H inches). Fabric width is 0.8″ shorter than valance size.
After Sales Service: The product can be used after installation. If there is any damage to the fabric or accessories after receiving the product, please contact us within 30 days and we will replace it for you. The warranty period for the motor and remote control is 2 years. During this period, if there are any problems, please contact us in a timely manner, and we will repair or replace the motor for you.
