Yes, This Zigbee shade Motor, is using Tuya Zigbee protocol, so you need to Tuya Zigbee hub, you can realize voice control or APP control!

What size shades/blinds can this Zigbee Tubular Motor be used for?

DIY shade motor has nothing to do with your shade size, it just has to fit your pipe and can lift a 12 lb. roll up with a lot of force, so you just need to measure your pipe diameter to be 38mm

Can this Zigbee Smart Motor be used with solar panels?

Yes, of course you can, as long as the output of 5V solar charging panels can be used, it can provide a constant source of energy for your curtains, do not need you to charge him!
