Matter Homekit Motor over Thread connects directly to smart devices with Thread Border Router functionality such as Apple TV 4K (3rd gen), AppleTV 4K (2nd gen), HomePod (2nd gen), HomePod mini and some versions Alexa,GoogleHome,Smarthings.
Which motor shall i choose to connect Alexa？
Choose ZBAL motor if your Alexa is one of 5 following versions （Echo Plus(2nd Gen)/ Echo Show(2nd Gen)/ Echo Studio/ Echo Show 10(3rd Gen)/ Echo(4th Gen). If not, choose ZBAL or AM motor and buy a smart bridge to integrate all version Alexa.
Do I need to worded remotes for each motorized window shades separately if it’s for same room?
We will help program the remote with motorized blinds before ship, you can also leave notes if you have extra requirements.
Is the installation of motorized blinds for windows and setting of remote control convenient ？
We provide instructions about installation. Our electric shades adopt designed buckle, only need a straight line positioning and 4 screws. It can be installed by yourself. The remote will be tuned in advance, you can also easily change the settings.
What is the app to control these Smart blinds?
You can send “open、close、set blind to xx percent” commands to Apple Home, Alexa or using Apple Home, Amazon Alexa app to control. If you need other directives through smart phone, need a smart bridge and download Tuya Smart App.
MATERIAL: 95% Blackout Pure Black. Smart zebra blind is made of blackout polyester and sheer fabric. Flexibly switch from half open light filtering to 80% blackout for privacy. AM battery motor needs a smart bridge to connect to all versions of Alexa, Google Home and APP. We offer the smart bridge on the Customize page.
MADE-TO-ORDER: Motorized blind window shades are made by custom, Click “Customize Now” for dimensions and details. Then please follow the guide to place the order. Please check Messages within 24 hours since we will reconfirm the order information. We recommend you consider buying fabric samples for assurance.

If any damage or failure occurs to the motor or controller, we will provide repair or replacement free of charge. If receiving damage of fabric or components, please take photos, send claim to us within 30 days. We’ll work with you for free replacement in this valid time.
IMPORTANT:Shade width including side brackets or valance edge (which takes up to 0.53” on each side), so the actual fabric width is 1.06” narrower, sometimes will let the light come in if the shade is Inside Install to the window frame. To solve the light leakage, we offer the light blocker on the Customize page.
